Job Description

- Identify growth, profit and improved return opportunities
- Translate these opportunities into actionable plans and obtain NSM/DSM approval and support for implementation
- Manage and optimize all sales, scratchcard / iload and SIM card distribution (outlets, indirect sales force) to improve market share
- Train subordinates, dealers and retail outlets to understand all our products and services
- Liaise /implement BTL marketing activities (including visibility) and maintaining quality
- Ensure quality of customer operations, feedback to H/O issues relating to customers
- Liaise with Engineering support team regarding network issue/performance; provide constructive feedback relating to the nature of the problem.
- Review the territory management KPIs and take necessary actions to achieve the target KPIs
- Identify and train your successor, if any
- Monitor competitors' actions, initiatives and results and reporting to NSM/DSM
- Generate weekly report on sales, distribution initiatives, network performance and local competitors activities
- Generate monthly summary report on sales, distribution initiatives, network performance, competitors feedback, action taken and action plans
- Prepare monthly TM presentation to management committee
- Weekly conference call to subordinates; monthly conference call to NSM/DSM on valuable market feedbacks
- Prepare monthly activities including joint visit to out stations. Submit to DSM to review and to NSM for approval before the new month start
- Build intimacy with our key dealers/outlets/third party franchise
- Audit/verify outlets that opened by salesman; ensure they are genuine
- Liaise and build good relations with local authorities Perform other duties as assigned by superior
- Comply with company policies and processes related to Sarbanes-Oxley or SOX initiative

Jobs Requirement

- A College degree in business administration concentration in marketing, or business related field. MBA is an advantage
- A minimum of 2 years experience in supervision
- Experience in managing key account sales or depot, distributors or franchise
- Knowledge in distribution and FMCG
- Ability to make sound/quick decision if and when required
- Ability to think creatively and take initiative
- Analytical skills and demonstrate positive attitude
- Computer literacy
- Excellent business communication skills; commendable in English language both in speaking and writing.
- Self-motivated, a self-starter and able to make decisions;
- Flexible, dynamic and confident.
