Job Description

- Liaise between NETPRO Cambodia clients and Support Team
- Coordinate monthly maintenance schedule with clients and the Support Team
- Follow up on Support Team client visits and maintain an accurate record of work completed
- Answer client calls and supply any information regarding service and support
- Issue work orders for all work completed by technicians
- Assist accountant with invoices and billing
- Contact suppliers to procure hardware for clients
- Take delivery of goods from suppliers and ensure quality and specifications are met
- Create and maintain a database of all clients
- Other duties as assigned

Jobs Requirement

- High level of written and spoken English
- Honest and able to uphold NETPRO Cambodia values and ethics
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented
- Some basic knowledge of IT and willing to learn
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience with using Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to learn new things
- Be punctual and loving the work
