Job Description

- Provide system-level support, system administration, troubleshooting and repair (both hardware and software) in the NETPRO Cambodia office and at client offices
- Configure and administer Internet connections and Email programs and accounts
- Basic network installation (cable and wireless connections)
- Install antivirus and utility programs
- Back up client data
- Build and upgrade computers and hardware
- Troubleshoot PC hardware and software
- Talk clients through repairs and provide report of performed work in written form
- Other duties as assigned

Jobs Requirement

- Knowledge of the following: Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 2000, 2003 Server, Software drivers, Microsoft Office, and other programs, Antivirus and utility programs
- Microsoft Certified Professionals or CCNA Discovery Students are encouraged to apply
- Intermediate level of English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Honest and able to uphold NETPRO Cambodia values and ethics
- Willing to learn new things
