- Have at lest one year experience in hotel industry in the same position
- Know about the operation procedure in Front Office
- Friendly, loyalty and courteous manner
- Have Room Master knowledge
- Pleasant looking, grooming and good hygiene
- Can follow flexible working shift, hard work and honest.
- Able to manage the front office operation shift by shift
- Can speak English fluently or other languages if possible
- Able to handle and settle guest complaints
- Able to train the new staff and orientation
- Able to assist front office manager when he is away
- To assist in maintaining and developing standard within front office department
- To ensure the courteous and efficient service is provided and a warm friendly attitude is extended to our patron by all our front office staff
- To assist in maintaining low operating cost and achieving maximum sales and profitability in front office
- To carry out responsibilities of duty manager when assigned
- To perform any other job related duties assigned by front office manager
- To report any hazards of health and safety to the gust and staff to management and take immediately corrective action as and when necessary
