工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: 1./ Accountant (1 Position) - Define the product strategy, planning, execution sale and tracking of direct mail and package insert campaigns for products. - Providing the sales team with technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. - Preparing product forecasts, specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. - Set clear objectives, evaluate progress and instil a high performance culture with focus on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues - Set-up, manage and improve standards and procedures within the team - Manage the team and individual performance, technical and skills development - Encourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively together 2./ Inventory Controller (Accounting and Finance Department) - To manage inventory system in R.M. Asia through analysis the inventory method, - Must set regularly checking with the products flow management system, - Must manage on movement and work closely directly with the stock team, - Must set good organization inventory coding system in reality and soft copy, - Conducting stock clearance report and then submit to manager, - To assist manager to find out the improvement points of the inventory system as necessary, - Must comments to revise rule and regulation for stock keeping.

职位要求

1./ Accountant - At least bachelor degree in Accounting and finance or other related fields - Knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principle including GAAP - At least 3 year experience in Accounting and finance - Good commend of spoken and written English - Computer Microsoft office/QuickBooks and Peachtree are essential requirement - Self-confident, hard-working and self-motivated person 2./ Inventory Controller - At least bachelor degree in accounting degree or business administration - Must has experience in warehouse keeping, inventory management, or stock keeping - Computer Microsoft Office/QuickBooks and Peachtree are essential requirement - Computer Microsoft Office/QuickBooks and Peachtree are essential requirement - Willing to work with complicated items and products - Self-confident, hardworking and self-motivated person
