As a business orientated individual and self-starter, your profile includes leadership experience at senior management level of minimum 5 years, ideally in the retail business. To apply for this highly demanding position, you must possess: - A positive attitude and result orientation - Logical thinking, practical management and problem solving skills - Excellent organizational skills - Planning and prioritizing - Strong analysis and judgment – Numerical reasoning - Capacity to work under pressure at a high level of responsibility - High level of written and verbal communication, both English and Khmer. - High level of ethical values, honesty and integrity - Customer Service orientation
