	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: We are now looking for dynamic Cambodian applicants to join our team for the following positions base in PHNOM PENH Branch. 1. Management Level - Restaurant Manager: 6 Positions - Assistant Restaurant Manager: 6 Positions - Management Trainee: 10 positions 2. Crew Level - Cashier: 15 Positions - Customer Service: 25 Positions - Cook: 25 Positions - Deliveryman: 15 Positions RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 1. Management Level - Oversees and manages all areas of the restaurant - Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability - Ensures guest service meets company standards and customer satisfaction is maintained - Provide staff, train and develop through orientations, ongoing feedback and by conducting performance reviews - Closely monitor the safety of the restaurant guests and staff through execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines - Lead all financial areas including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth 2. Crew Level - Preparing/making foods in accordance with the company’s standard of operations (welcoming customers, taking orders, serving foods, clearing/setting up table…etc.) - “100% customer satisfaction”, making sure that the store is having enough stock to serve customers during the day - Keeping the company/brand/staff image high always - Performing housekeeping job assigned by manager on duty - Performing other duties required by the manager on duty.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1. Management Level

- Performing housekeeping job assigned by manager on duty

职位要求

Management Level (Full time) - Degree in Business Administration/ Hospitality Management - Minimum 3 years of restaurant management is an advantages - Highly motivated, quality-driven, customers and results-oriented - Must have excellent client-handling skills and interpersonal communication skills - Able to multi-task with high level of initiative, and work independently 2. Crew Level (Part-time) - Age 18-25 - High school or university degree - Be able to speak English - Experience in customer services is a plus - Be able to work shift, weekend/public holidays - Pleasant personality and friendly, dynamic, ability to learn. - Driving license is required for deliveryman position.
