Job Duty - Provides financial management information by preparing financial status analyses and reports. - Monitors clients' financial situation, Obtains clients' commitment by explaining advantages and risks; providing explanations; alleviating concerns; answering questions. - Develops financial strategies by helping client to establish financial goals; matching goals to situation with appropriate financial plans. - Markets services by asking for referrals from current clients; meeting prospects at community functions; responding to inquiries; developing promotions; presenting financial planning seminars. - Updates job knowledge by tracking financial markets, general economic conditions, and new financial products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional and technical publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

职位要求

	- Like challenge - At least two years experiences in Marketing, Insurance or Banking - Excellent verbal communication in English and Khmer (Chinese is priority) - Be able to work independently, and under pressure - Strong interpersonal, team leading, negotiation and communication skills - Outgoing and pleasant personality - A passion for sales and motivating sales people - Thinking & Acting Decisively. The ability to define key drivers that make a difference in winning in the market, and decisively developing plans & next steps to move the business forward.
