Job Description

The Job:

- Coordinate with air CS team to confirm cargo delivery status .
- Print LABELS and issue HAWB to shipper.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations for G.W & DIMS.
- Cut HAWB (PICK UP, Receiving & HAWB issuance).
- Send MAWB confirmation to airline.
- Close document pouch and deliver to airline.
- Follow up shipment loading with airline or Expeditors gateway office.
- Send copy of non-negotiable HAWB & invoice to shipper for confirmation.
- Print air freight & local charge invoices and attach with original HAWB to HOD for signature and pass to Accounting department.
- Close out the shipment file.
- Scan commercial document.
- Tracing the shipment.
- Perform any other assignments as deem necessary.

Jobs Requirement

The Qualifications:

- University degree
- Entry level experience.
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
- Well versed in public speaking.
- Good in English language
- Positive attitude, team player and hard working.
- Ms Office: Word, Excel, etc.
