Credit Salesman (01 Position), Based in Phnom Penh. 1. Products Manager - Define product strategy and roadmap. - Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product - Perform product demos to customers. - Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goads. - Deliver a monthly revenue forecast. - Develop sales tools and collateral. - Propose and overall budget to ensure success. - Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations. - Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. - Liaising among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, managers. - Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business’s objectives. - Supervising and motivating a promotion team. - Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meeting. - Reviewing the performance of subordinates. 2. Business Development Executive - To generate quality leads that result in sales - Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals - Make presentations to clients and close sales - Continuously monitor customer satisfaction - Build good relationships with potential and existing Customers. - Develop a complete understanding of the customer segment for such products - Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns - Set evaluation parameters to gauge the customer satisfaction about the products and services - Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis - Market intelligence activities for the sector identify clients and needs - Work with team to achieve sales performance targets - Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands 3. Up-Country Sales Supervisor - Supervise sales team. - To assist the sales Mgr. in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the target. - To assist the sales manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies and execution plans. - Handle customer issue, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the sales manager. - Assist with salesman’s questions, concerns and product/service question. - Makes sure all employees adhere to Company’s policies and procedures. - Assist in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers. - Assist Sales Manager in ensuring all marketing and promotional activities are executed effectively. - Monitor competitor's activities relating to marketing campaigns and promotional activities. - Monitor the activities of Sub-Distributors to ensure sales targets are achieved. - Monitor sales team and ensure sales on customers to achieve sales targets - Report any dishonest behavior, incidents or suspicion of dishonest behavior, of sales to the Sales Mgr. immediately 4. UPC- Salesman - Focus on sale to achieve sales target. - Review daily itinerary for regular customer. - Recruit new customer and new outlet. - Review monthly sales target and find the way to achieve. - Make request for special promotion. - Display and cleaning products as well as check product’s self life. - Build up customer’s satisfaction. - Make sure the special program/promotion has been inform correctly to customer 5. Credit Salesman - Focus on sale to achieve sales target. - Review daily itinerary for regular customer. - Recruit new customer and new outlet. - Review monthly sales target and find the way to achieve. - Make request for special promotion. - Display and cleaning products as well as check product’s self life. - Build up customer’s satisfaction. - Make sure the special program/promotion has been inform correctly to customer 6. Sales Admin - Daily check prices, Promotion & key in S/O of Salesman. - Pick up telephone of salesman to open S/O - To issued sales invoice - To prepared daily sales reports - Copy , scan , send email to other department - Welcome and communicate with visitors or customers - Receive phone call in and transfer to other department - Check report stock van sales - Other assignment |

Products Manager - Male, Age 25 years old up. - BBA or MBA degree in Marketing/Management or related fields. - Candidate must possess minimum qualification. - 2-3 years experience relevant with the position in the FMCG industry is essential - Excellent in both written and spoken English, if be able to speak other languages is an asset. - Good in Microsoft office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel), Graphic design and Internet/email. - Proven track record in supervising a highly skilled, motivated, and successful. - Be able to develop business strategies to achieve company objectives. - Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment. - Strong analytical mind with high level of maturity. - Self-driven and resulted oriented. 2. Up-Country Sales Supervisor - Male, Age 25 above. - Graduated bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management or related fields. - Candidate must possess minimum qualification - Proven track record in supervising a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force. - Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment. - 2-3 years experience as Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry is essential - Good in Microsoft office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel) or Internet/email. - Experience in van sales an advantage - Strong analytical mind with high level of maturity. - Self-driven and resulted oriented and able to supervise a sales team. 4. UPC- Salesman - Cambodian Male, age between 23-27 years old - Graduated with Associate degree in Marketing or other related field. (Bachelor preferable) - At least 1 years working experience in related job - Speak and write English fair - Good communication skills - Can use Microsoft word or excel and email. - Open mind , strong commitment and hard working and willing to work under pressure 5. Credit Salesman - Cambodian Male, age between 23-27 years old - Graduated with Associate degree in Marketing or other related |
