| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:2Age: -Work closely with senior management in business planning and business profit -Keep tight controls on all financial aspects of store through cost and inventory control -Responsible for staff and sales management, product and service quality of the restaurant -Responsible for staff recruitment and training -Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customers' satisfaction -Be involved and prepare pre-service briefing to staff -Evaluate operations and procedures for improvements -Upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard -To attend all meetings and training programs when required |
职位要求
| -Candidate must at lease finish grade 12. Preferable finish Professional Certificate or Diploma in F&B. -At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage Service in Cafe -Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills -Familiar with restaurant operations and customer oriented |
