	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: - Greets all customers with a friendly smile. - Generates customer satisfaction; responds appropriately to customer concerns. - Communicates customer complaints/concerns to superior on duty. - Answers the KOFI telephone in a friendly manner using a professional greeting. - Sells and serves coffee and MONIN product to customers. - Adheres to all Company recipes and assessment. - Produces superior product presentation. - Trains customers on coffee and MONIN products and services. - Provides top quality espresso shots for hot and cold beverages. - Keeps KOFI counter and show room always clean - Actively perform duty in coffee break event - Respects company rules and procedures. - Other duties as assigned.

	- Secondary school English knowledge at Pre-Intermediate level - Computer Literacy Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and PowerPoint - Communicate verbally with staff members & guests - Read, count and write to complete all documentation and have a good presentation skills - Handle multiple tasks at one time - Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure - Operate and use all equipment necessary for store operation - Work special events when needed. - Maintain a positive morale and professional attitude. - Work overtime, as needed.
