Job Description

Short-List Date : To be confirmed
- Manage secretary, receptionist, and cleaner team.
- Design and update a standard format of administration letters for Amret.
- Organize seminar, workshop, and other events.
- Analyze, purchase, and follow up the insurance on properties, building and vehicles.
- Control over hygiene and cleanliness of office.
- Control over the receptionist including: greeting, phone operating, and communication.

Jobs Requirement

Technical qualification
- Bachelor in Business, Management, or related fields.
- 1-year experience in Admin, Procurement, or related experiences.
- Knowledgeable in admin or procurement.
- Good at English and Khmer languages.
- Able to use computer (Ms. Officer, internet, and e-mail)

Personality qualification
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiate skill.
- Honest, hard-working, high responsible, and creative.
- Willing to travel & work in the provinces.
