- At least 1 years of experience in a hotel or similar industry
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Well versed in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint , and Publisher
- Willing and open to learning new skills, new experiences and strong attitude of learning towards training work and committed to adhering to high standards in completing hr and training tasks
- Must be able to function effectively with tight dateline
- Versatile in adapting to change with trustworthy and discreet
