Job Description

ACR/CA is seeking a committed and dynamic Cambodia n national to fill the position of Program Officer for its country office. The persons will be responsible for the following duties.

- Support CNGO partners in the project development and implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the progress, and effectiveness of CNGO partners program
- Monitor and scrutinize the partners’ expenditure, reporting on accuracy and appropriate use of funds
- Prepare the quarterly and annually reports to Caritas Australia and relevant government Ministries
- Coordinate with Partnership Program Coordinator in reviewing and approval of CNGOs proposals

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor or Master degree in Community Development or related field
- Minimum 3 years experiences with NGO in the related work
- Experience in monitoring, training and budgeting
- Experience in rural community development and/or HIV/AIDS
- Fluent in both written and spoken English language
