The Assistant Pit Manager has the authority to:
- Assistant Pit Managers (in the absence of a Pit Manager) have the authority to remove a Dealer or -- DI from the gaming floor due to bad performance or attitude
- They have the authority to initiate and issue Disciplinary Action and Paperwork, also to counsel
- They can recommend for a player to be banned, although the final decision rests with the Casino Shift Manager.
Criteria of Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 28 years and above
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportion situations.
- 5 years of inspection experience on various table games knowledge.
- Outstanding oral written English, Mandarin communication skills.
- High Standard of customer services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and team building.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and resilient with strong people management skills
- Are professional, astute, reliable and extremely flexible.
- Computer, administration, and organization skills. Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
