Job Description

General Position Summary
Responsible for the guest relations, maintain communication between players and marketing and concern department. Prepares list of departing and arriving customers. Open the free communication and information with all patrons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes reservations for and provides information services to all guests.
- Handles reservations for casino guests to include rooms, suites, transportation, gifts, flowers, etc…
- Coordinates suite assignments, billing arrangements and rooming list entries for junket and bus tours.
- Receives requests from branch offices.
- Coordinates and controls reservations for shows and special events for complimentary guests.
- Receives and reviews requests from departments and players for restaurant reservations.
- Verifies guest’s invitation to event upon arrival and permits admittance.
- Maintains records for special events.
- May telemarket lapsed, inactive and new players.
- Receives and distributes incoming calls from high-end players and expedites complimentary requests.
- Performs outstanding customer relations.
- Always does the best to uphold the name and reputation of Company.
- Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- May conduct as Public Relation Executive
- To analyze the VIP Services departmental operations and find way to safe on wastage or better ideas of running the VIP Services department operations more efficiently.
- To enforce adherence of employees to the dress, appearance and conduct codes established by Hotel department.

Jobs Requirement

Criteria of Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourist Management
- Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields.
- 25 years and above
- Human Relation skills. Must be a “people-person” who thrives on public contact.
- Performance Management skills and Communication skills.
- Ability to supervise employees.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Good oral written Khmer, Vietnam,English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Sales skills.
- Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
- Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
- Ability to attend to more than one task at a time.
- High standards of customer services.
