	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:5 Age: VBNK is currently seeking a Cambodia n national for the position of Trainer/Facilitator to work in a team to deliver training and facilitation services to staff from the NGO and Government sectors. The position will be based in Phnom Penh but may require travel to the provinces. Contract Type: initially one-year fixed-term with possible extension - Able to be flexible and to think on her/his feet - Powerful communication and inter-personal skills - Strong understanding of and commitment to gender equity, values and ethics - Open to learning from others and trying out new approaches and methodologies

职位要求

	- Cambodia n national with at least 5 years practical experience providing training and facilitation services - Able to assess client needs and design and deliver appropriate training response - Able to provide follow up to trainees to assist them to learn from their experience - Relevant University degree – Master degree preferred
