Vacancy Type: Work Experience:8 Age:35 40Jotun Group has identified Cambodia as a strategic market in South East Asia and has grown the business substantially over the past 4 years. We are now in the process of strengthening our Cambodian team and are seeking a suitably qualified person for the position of Branch Manager. It is expected that the suitable person will have the potential to become General Manager once the business model is developed further. Job Responsibilities : The Branch Manager will be responsible for increasing sales in all segments by focusing on being the preferred supplier for Decorative, Protective and Marine projects and by developing the dealer channels for both Multicolor and Multicolor Industry. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for the development of the organization in Cambodia to achieve our strategic goals. General Qualifications : - Keen to develop a successful sales career - Able to work affectively in a team and individually - Highly self motivated and service – minded

职位要求

- Thai/ Cambodian Male or Female, age between 35 – 40 years old. - Bachelor degree in commerce, engineering or chemistry. - Minimum 8-10 years experience in Sales and/ or Marketing in related industry. Experience in the multinational organizations at regional level would be an advantage. - At least 3 years experience in managing people with capable of leading a small but dynamic team and knowledge of Cambodia’s route and geography. - Excellent command of English in both spoken & written form, knowledge of Khmer or Taijoo (Chinese) is an advantage. - Strong leadership skills with high desire to achieve sales growth and deliver profitable results. - Resourceful, possess excellent people management skills, good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient knowledge in computer literacy. - Able to work in overseas.
