Job Description

Main Responsibility :
The Deputy Trading Manager is responsible for Assisting the Trading Division Manager in the day-to-day operation of the division

Reporting and authority
Deputy Trading Manager is reporting to the Trading Division Manager

Job Description :
- Direct support to the Elevators & Escalators section. Ensure growth of the activity by closely following up the status of projects identified and quotations submitted. Implement business plans set as management level to increase sales and KONE brand awareness in the territory
- Direct support to the Security section. Having an IT sensitivity would be a plus. Define new business opportunities where system integration would be valuable
- Ensure efficient cross selling amongst other TD sections and work in narrow collaboration with other CK divisions
- Provide regular project updates to Training Division Manager for the division
- Understand cash flow and ensure that ISO procedures are strictly followed within the division

Jobs Requirement

- Good interpersonal and managerial skills
- Ability to negotiate with key decision makers both locals and foreigners
- Good organization skills
- Capability to work under pressure
- Background and interest in IT or other technical field would be a plus
- Good English skills in both writing and speaking
