- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Sales or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in selling paints and has basic knowledge of paint application.
- Computer Literate: knowledge of operating office programs is required.
- Ability to persuade and influence others and ability to sales and deliver presentations to owners or building constructors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and has knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients around Phnom Penh city and possibly provinces.
- Creative, result-driven, able to take initiative and strong team player, multi tasks and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical skills and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good problem solving and influencing skills.
- Must be honest, responsible and positive attitude toward customer and helpful to colleagues.
- Willing to work hard and flexible as required by superior (S).
