	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 to 4 Age:20 40Responsibilities include developing and managing a good local and international media network; managing and executing marketing communication plans; developing and selecting channels of communications to achieve marketing communications objectives; managing and executing advertising plans and budgets; developing and managing branding / tactical campaigns and developing promotional tools to provide support for other departments towards achieving business targets; initiating new marketing opportunities to grow the hotel’s revenue; planning photography schedule and overseeing the process, ensuring that the image library is consistently updated; conceptualizing, developing and upholding the quality of collateral; and ensure that hotel information is updated regularly on the website / hotel collaterals.

	* Undergraduate degree from an accredited university, college or hotel school is preferred with specific emphasis on marketing or business administration * At least five (5) years of progressive management experience in marketing communications * Excellent organizational and project management skills * Strong strategic capabilities combined with creative tactical skills * Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to effectively create appropriate positioning and messaging to target audiences * Analytical and mature with an attention to detail * Positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in supporting role

Our rooms are admittedly big that come with Living room, kitchen and the private toilet/hot shower (with standard complimentary toiletries), air-conditioning (central or split), television (with selected cable channels), telephone, hair dryers and coffee-making facility (complimentary beverages and mineral water). A numbers of Apartment are equipped with internet broadband connection to the guestrooms and simple business centre. Around all our Apartment, you will easily find decent eating outlets/restaurants (either fast food or local cuisines) round the clock. We can also help to order food in. Thus while we do not serve breakfast in-house, you can enjoy a wide variety of food, at most reasonable prices, all round our Apartment.
