Job Description

- Oversee and coordinate farming operations and perform some manual labor
- Set production goals
- Deciding which crops to plant and in what quantities
- Drawing up planting and harvesting schedules
- Coordinate these activities with farm operations
- Plan the work schedules of full-time employees and decide when temporary workers will be needed
- Decide when and to whom crops should be sold for maximum profit
- Identify and correcting problems to ensure that the farm runs as efficiently and profitably as possible

Jobs Requirement

- Passionate about farming
- Work in a team/ a team leader
- Hard working / honest / efficient worker
- Speak and Write English
- Excel and MS Words
- 30+ of age
