we are seeking for 2 qualified Cambodian candidates to fill up the vacant position of Administrative Officer based in Poi Pet and Memut Branch.
Position: Admin Officer at Poi Pet Branch and Memut Branch
Location: Banteay Meanchey and Kampong Cham
Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare administrative letters or forms to relevant institutions
- Follow up letter in/out in the way of administrative procedures
- Keep other documents, legal letters from other units, departments, organizations and institutions
- Manage office stationery and company’s properties
- Prepare and renew contracts of office rental, equipment and other machines
- Control security affair, order, sanitation inside the company, and driving
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by managers
Jobs Requirement
- Graduate with a bachelor degree or associate degree or at least a third-year student of Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- Have knowledge of rural economy and micro-finance sector
- Good attitude, be honest, serious, gentle, friendly and willing to work
- Fluent in English and computer Ms. Office
- Candidates living in Banteay Meanchey and Kampong Cham are preferred
