BELTEI INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE is an educational institution which provides students with five main courses: General Education (Grade 1-12), English as a Second Language (Level 1-12), Bachelor and Associate of Education in English (BEd and AA) , Computer Training Course, and TOEFL iBT Preparation Course.

To successfully reach the four Mottoes: Quality, Efficiency, Excellence and Morality, BELTEI International Institute has tried its best to strengthen management, teaching methodology, quality study of students and to promote social morality.
BELTEI has helped get students to clearly know their own identities, to love their country, to obey the law, to strongly follow the Internal Regulation of BELTEI and to have good relationship among students, teachers, team leaders and staff, especially with schools, families and society.

BELTEI International Institute is equipped with updated facilities, VCD, OHP, LCD Projector, Language Lab, Internet and E-mail, posters and slogan, Air Conditioners and Cameras to keep in touch with students and teachers’ activities in the class. Each campus building is equipped with exclusive and modern generator and the other modern things belong to BELTEI.

Background :

BELTEI International Institute is fully named in Khmer

and in English “BELTEI INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE”. BELTEI is an acronym consisting of six major subjects: Business, Economics, Law, Tourism, English, and Information Technology. BELTEI, a private educational institute, was founded on January 01, 2002 at 77, Street 125, Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh and was the first BELTEI International Institute and named BELTEI one.

To provide students with high knowledge of English, to create job opportunity and corporation, to increase the ability of research studies and oversea studies and employment.

Qualities of Students

Any student who cannot cope with the lessons or is poor is allowed to take an extra 6-month full-time ESL course free of charge.
Students who are studying in BELTEI would have an opportunity to study as well as Part-time working.
The best students in each Grade are invited to work for BELTEI.
BELTEI’s staff will be entitled to a discount of fifty percent for school fee.
The number of students is limited from 20 – 30 in a class.

General Admission Requirements

Bachelor's Degrees will be accepted into BELTEI International Institute’s Foundation Year program (the first step towards a Bachelor's degree for new students), an applicant must:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent;
Have a piece of certified paper with Fail recognition from the Phnom
Penh Municipal Department of Education, Youth and Sport for
Associate Degree
