Norton University
is the oldest private university of Cambodia. It was established to complement the government in providing higher learning to a growing number of qualified people who are eager to advance their knowledge. We envicsion that Norton University would become a Center of Higher Learning that would be open to all, regardless of beliefs, nation origin, gender, or social background.

The University provides a full range of student services, such as computer laboratories, special engineering laboratory, library, sports activities, social events to promote personal and professional growth.
