Background/History:
The University of Puthisastra (UP) was fully recognized by the Royal Government of Cambodia under a sub-decree (174), signed by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on 15 November 2007.
UP has also been awarded full accreditation, for its Foundation Year Course, by the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC).
Vision:
It is the vision of the UP to provide knowledge and experience-based education that will enable our students to become leaders. UP is committed to transferring the right knowledge, tools and best practices to its students, who will lead a process of creativity and innovation that will transform their work places for a better future.

It is the mission of UP to create and transfer knowledge, increase capacity to learn, and provide a chance to realize ones' full potential. Through experience based education, research, and sharing with national and international partners, we aim to produce qualified and professional graduates, imbued with the love of learning.
